fun new idea!

so my friend, lindsey, came up with a brilliant idea! she has started a blog where people can post some of their favorite recipes! i've already added one! if you are interested in posting recipes, send me an e-mail and i'll add you to where you can log in as an ADMIN and add as many recipes as you want; otherwise, you can view the blog as many times as you want and 'steal' great recipes! :)

i just bought an external hard drive, and while gathering pictures, work info, recipes, etc. from 3 computers, i came across tons of old pictures! it was so fun remembering all of those memories all over again! i hope they amuse you as they did me :)

wallace and gertie are getting quite big now...wallace is tipping the scales at 85 pounds and little gertie weighs 55 pounds. due to wallace's size...they tend to bump things and knock things pretty hard when they play with each other. they also have very hyper moments when they get out of control!... so, aaron has been telling me lately 'when they get hyper and start playing hard...put them outside because they'll knock a hole in the wall!' well, i feel bad putting them outside because that's where they are all day when we're at work, so when i'm home from work i let them stay in all night. well last night, my mom brought over some pei wei (mmm) and we were chatting and all of a sudden i hear a very loud 'bump' and this is what i see when i look up...

congratulations to jessica and daniel! their wedding was in santa fe, new mexico! it was my first time to visit santa fe and it was my first 'destination' wedding! i went with my parents...aaron ended up having to stay home and work, but we had a great time! we had good food and good shopping! mom and i are already to go back for a girls weekend and shop some more! :) and the wedding was absolutely beautiful! jessica looked gorgeous! it was also really fun seeing some old friends from jr. high and high school that i haven't seen in a while. unfortunately i didn't take any pictures as my camera died...so i stole these from facebook :) ...i just love weddings!

happy wedding day to courtney and jeremy! this was such a perfect day! court said the only hitch was her chipped nail polish right when she got to the church. :) haha! everything else was exactly what they were hoping for! aaron and i had such a wonderful time celebrating with friends and family! here are the pics...

this week has been consumed with celebrating courtney and jeremy! i had a personal shower/bachelorette party, a spa day, a bridal breakfast and then the wedding! its been busy, but so much fun! i was able to see a lot of old friends from high school that i hadn't seen in a while, which was nice...here are some pictures from all of the festivities!
