1. in spite of the terrible hail storm we had a couple of weeks ago, my hydrangeas look awesome! they look even better than last year! and this is the first year that my white ones are blooming...who knew i had a little green thumb

2. we had our breast feeding class this weekend and aaron couldn't have been more excited to go (insert sarcasm) i thought the class was very beneficial and overall very encouraging for a mom who wants to try nursing. aaron even got to practice...

3. we are 34 weeks pregnant today! whoa nelly...where has the time gone?!? we are going to be parents in roughly a month! ahh!

Your baby now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds and is almost 18 inches long. Her fat layers — which will help regulate her body temperature once she's born — are filling her out, making her rounder. Her skin is also smoother than ever. Her central nervous system is maturing and her lungs are continuing to mature as well. If you've been nervous about preterm labor, you'll be happy to know that babies born between 34 and 37 weeks who have no other health problems generally do fine. They may need a short stay in the neonatal nursery and may have a few short-term health issues, but in the long run, they usually do as well as full-term babies.

You should remind Aaron of all the money that class may save you! I probably should've taken one with Cooper, but he took so long to gain weight it didn't work out. However, Maddie is doing great at eating, so this time around I'll save the money spent of formula! My best advice, not that you asked for it, is keep it going, and don't give up.
